How to Fix Windows 365 Inactive Azure Network Connection in Intune

If your Windows 365 Azure Network Connection (ANC) shows as Inactive in Intune, it could block Cloud PC provisioning. Common causes include expired Azure subscriptions, misconfigured VNets or subnets, and missing role assignments.
To resolve, start by running a connection health check in Intune. Fixes often involve reassigning Contributor roles, verifying subnets and IP availability, and ensuring DNS/AD connectivity. If the ANC can’t be recovered—for example, if a subnet is permanently removed—you’ll need to create a new ANC and update provisioning policies.
Proactive monitoring and regular Azure permission audits can help prevent future issues.

How to change new south korea geography for Windows 365 Cloud PCs using Intune

Microsoft has expanded Windows 365 availability to the Korea Central region, enabling organizations to provision Cloud PCs closer to users in South Korea. This update enhances performance, reduces latency, and supports compliance with local data residency requirements.
With Intune, IT admins can now configure or update provisioning policies to deploy Cloud PCs directly in the new South Korea geography. Existing policies can also be updated, with reprovisioning required for users moving from other regions.
This addition underscores Microsoft’s commitment to flexibility, compliance, and global accessibility for hybrid work.
